Driving Test Sucess Advice
Welcome to our blog! In this article, we’re going to help you pass your driving test first time. Take a look at these tips & advice as guidance to help you with your test.
1. Make sure you are well experience
This might sound obvious but don’t take your driving test until you are ready. This is one of the things many people fail the driving test. Only because they haven’t had enough lessons to pass. There is no point in taking the driving test until your driving instructors say you are ready. It will be a waste of time and money if you take it too soon and fail.
Don’t rush and don’t think you should be making faster progress. On average it takes people 45 hours of driving lessons and 22 hours of practice with relatives or friends to learn to drive.
Only 21% of driving tests result in a first-time pass because people aren’t fully ready and prepared.
2. Try to be relaxed and calm your nerves
Almost everyone gets nervous about taking there driving test. Who wouldn’t right? The driving examiner knows you will be nervous and will try there best to keep you calm and put you at ease.
To pass, you must keep them under control. Try some of these.
- Don’t book our test at stressful times, like your exams.

4. Make sure you come prepared
So let’s say you have been preparing for months, the day has finally arrived, and you get to the test centre only to realise you’ve left your driving license at home.
Back in 2015 over 4,500 driving tests didn’t go ahead because people either didn’t go through as people didn’t take the right documents or brought an unsuitable car.
Not only will your dreams of being able to drive later that day be ruined. You will also have to wait a long time to have your test again.
